Last updated: August 30, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully before using SnapBite. They explain your rights, responsibilities, subscription terms, and important legal limitations.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and SnapBite ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the SnapBite mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

3. Subscription, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

4. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer

The Service provides food logging, nutrition tracking, and healthy-eating tools for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support.

5. Acceptable Use

6. User Content and License

You retain ownership of the text, meal logs, food photos, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, and display User Content solely to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, trademarks, branding, design, and non-user content, is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party tools, such as authentication providers, analytics, cloud storage, and payment platforms. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.

9. Suspension and Termination

10. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights of any third party.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. For users in regions with mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under local law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
